Seattle (ESTRA) - Freedom is power. It provides options. The journey of your choosing. Will there be challenges? Always. Will there be ups and downs. Guaranteed. You will not be under someone elses thumb, where castration feels like the only option. Disabled or abled, freedom provides the tools, allowing a pathway to become whatever dreams can create. Can fear be placed upon one who is free? Uncomfortable situations may occur, but fear does not come into the equation in making choices.
What does freedom mean to the disabled? It means making choices base on sound facts and options. Not by fear, but on the basis of improving your health, and those of others.
Money affords luxury, less stress, and financial resources to take it to the streets or to court. But the 99% have something that is none of those things, numbers, a determination, true grit to change the values held, and the course of a country. Bringing a country back in balance of respect and dignity for everyone, support education, to brings back jobs, or create new ones with companies that choose to stay for the sake of the country they love. It's more about the action of 99%. We need to stick together.
