Seattle (ESTRA) - I've started the petition "U.S. Congress: Sign this petition in support of children receiving nutritional school lunches alongside Michelle Obama" and need your help to get it off the ground.

I want to participate in letting Congress know Nutritional School Lunches are important.

Here's why it's important:

Let U.S. Congress Members know their decision to "opt out" of nutritional lunches for a school child is not acceptable. Currently the fight against childhood obesity has been working, and children have the opportunity to do better in school because of nutritional food content while become physically fit.

Tell your Congress support of Lobbyist and not our children is not why they were sent to Washington, D.C. Responsibility should be to constituents and their children. Therefore, let them know you will consider voting in the 2014 Mid-Term Elections for someone who puts our needs first. Starting with legislators making good nutritional decisions regarding kid's school lunches.

This is a way to let them know by signing this petition so our children have a fighting chance at a good future and be able to successfully compete on a global scale. If we are not feeding kids nutritional school lunches, we are hindering their abilities to learn effectively and grow into healthy individuals.
