Better Health To The Rescue! - Disability Counter Surveillance

Water can provide a relaxing view.
Many of the disabled seek ways to improve current health by inexpensive means.  In our current economic climate, from clipping coupons, to doing without, many consumers cannot afford to pay for health care.  Yet, it's important to find ways to enhance ones quality of life.

Frequently, time is limited due to pain which in turn creates low energy. The journey back to recovery can be slow and discouraging.  A little help now and then is always encouraging.

My you find a reprieve from harassers' abuse and time to look at informational links.  When you have  both time and energy, remember to sign the petition for ERISA Reform to the U.S. Congress.  Thank you.

May you find something interesting at these links that provides ideas for better health and equipment to keep harassment at bay.

Insurers do delay payments in hopes to discourage Insured. All of us standing together can turn these behaviors around. We don’t have to put up with this individually or as a country. We are millions strong, with great minds and creativity. Harassment and intimidation by Insurers can be stopped. How? By each individual who’s been preyed upon after filing Auto Insurance, ERISA, LTD, and Social Security Claims join me, ESTRA to pass Insured Civil Rights Legislation. This will end Insurers ability to keep benefits and settlements by making Insured Disability Surveillance Targets. Best Recovery Wishes, ESTRA
