One main objective is to stay calm. Keeping emotions balance provides a keen mind which allows better decision making in a split second. Most harassers games are tied around your emotions. If they are able to control you emotions, they will be able to control the outcome of the day, which is always unfavorable to you. Which typically means spending your time doing what they want, not what you need to improve your daily living activities.
Days that contain places unfamiliar to harasser will make it more difficult to impede your schedule. It will also lead to more confusion for them, and more time to achieve your goal. Make sure to mix up weekly schedules so they are unable to circumvent or insert their plans in the day.
Build a strategy that keeps your days in a comfortable range of accomplishments and rest. Remember you are the most important thing in this equation. So document harassment, be patient with yourself and your condition, and think in advance on desired actions, and your perception will improve, thus, your life view will be empowered.
You are the author of your life. Only you choose the path. External stimuli only adds their tidbits. You can either keep it, or toss it out. Your heart and mind determines the outcome. Peace and comfort can only from them. So plan your strategy with them at the forefront.
