Disability Counter Surveillance - The Innocent Victim

At what price does an innocent victim pay for being injured, harassed, and intimated? How will this experience change the way they lead their daily lives? What is the physical and emotional toll?
What is the impact on their families? Is it worth it to society? What really is the purpose of harassing innocent injured people? Is it to save money? If so, for whom?

Everyone experiences difficulties in life.  Some of our own making and others not.  The malice of surveillance on innocent victims of injury, disease, or just because they have brought valuable information for public view is unforgivable.  How selfish can these harassers be?  Who made them God?  May the true God hold them accountable for all the suffering they have caused.

Many victims are not changed for the better.  More distrust, more energy dedicated to self protection,  weary of strangers, a loss of  innocence, and longer recovery periods due to increased stress from harassers.  There are no benefits except to those seeking to save money they don't deserve, or dark deeds they performed that came to light unexpectedly to their dismay.  May they find hell a very comfortable place.   And, the innocent victims find some peace and comfort through a difficult journey.
